Schukina's researches are devoted to creation and industrial production of new pharmaceuticals, development of new methods of synthesis, studying of dependence biol. activities of substances from their structure. With its direct participation industrial production of many effective drugs, including antitubercular (Ftivazidum, a solyuti-zone, etc.), psychotropic (aminazine, a prolazii, an imipramine, etc.), hypotensive (an airessina, Pentaminum), antimicrobic (Sulfapyridazinum, Amicazolum, etc.), diuretics (Diacarbum, Cyclomethiazidum), complexing connections (Pentacinum, Tetacinum-calcium) was developed and mastered. Its works on receiving an insecticide of DDT, synthesis of medicines, marked are known for radioisotopes of sulfur and carbon.
