The bessinaptichesky type of an innervation was found, the possibility of reduction of endothelial cells and change of vascular permeability under the influence of vasoactive substances (histamine) is shown; the concept of «a functional element the» of body which is a structural and physiological basis of interface of blood supply, an innervation and metabolism is offered.

In the works devoted to a pathogeny of an inflammation they were given an all-biological assessment of reaction of an organism to damage and the principles of rational pathogenetic therapy are experimentally proved. In its works the analysis of mechanisms of a disease and recovery, and also questions of methodology of the general pathology and the doctrine about a disease figures prominently.
