TRAHISKOPYYa (Greek trachys rough, uneven + skopeo to consider, investigate) — the stereo-morphological method allowing to study a relief of fabrics and bodies. T. gives the chance to receive the deep volume image of structure (the body is looked through as if «through», and an eye perceives its at the same time various layers). By consideration of trakhisko-pichesky drugs all area of vision including educations, distinguishable with the naked eye and at the same time fine structures seen only in a microscope is covered. The method is developed in 1946 by M. A. Baron.
Drugs for T. prepare, cutting out from the fixed fabric of a plate thickness apprx. 4 mm. As a rule, one of sides of such plate is not processed, and it keeps a natural surface of body, and another, adjacent, the side is cut off at an obtuse angle to it. Thanks to such reception at microscopic examination various sections of this drug are at the same time perceived. The plate is painted any gistol. dye, cut on two parts and paste solution gelatin on a clear film the uncolored party down. Then denature to gelatin 20% solution of formalin and several days clarify drugs in solutions of neutral glycerin and potassium acetate. In need of long-term storage drug dehydrate with the subsequent filling it in balm or organic glass.
T. it is well combined with a preliminary injection of vessels the painted masses (see Drugs anatomic).
Drugs study in stereosko: a pichesky microscope (see) with use of 1 — 3 powerful lighters supplied with heatfilters. Depending on character of drug it is lit or only incident light or which is at the same time falling and a side transmitted light. In the latter case drug is placed in the center of the concave spherical mirror filled with the same solution, in Krom drug remains. The falling beams light the painted surface of drug, then pass through it and are reflected from various points of a mirror, for the second time lighting drug with the passing side light. Changing position of lighters and heat of lamps, it is possible to create an optimum game of patches of light and shadows on convex and concave points of drug that allows to reveal its dimensions. Use of the painted filters gives the chance to receive rich scale of color shades of drug.
