TELEELECTROCARDIOGRAPHY (Greek tele afar, is far + an electrocardiography) — a method of registration of an ECG at distance. T. is one of types of biotelemetry, edge it began to be used widely from 50th years 20 century in clinical, sports, space, aviation, production and other fields of medicine. Most of specialists considers the main criterion of belonging of technical system to a class biotelemetric existence of devices of transformation of a signal in it — modulation and demodulation, coding and decoding (see. Biotelemetry ).
Possibility of synchronous comparison of the changes revealed by means of T., with subjective feelings inspected that is promoted by existence of the channel of a two-way speech radio communication, allows to approach more objectively recommendations for volume, speed and character of a permissible load, to estimate safety of new rehabilitation programs, to quickly korrigirovat the carried-out treatment, to participate jointly in diagnosis of urgentny states, to control physiological and pathophysiological reactions at the most various conditions of inspected. Connection of the COMPUTER for data processing of T. expands possibilities of forecasting of changes in a condition of an organism and holding preventive actions.
To signs, on the Crimea classify the applied systems T., refer range of the carried-out communication, external environment (land, sea, aerospace), an arrangement of the sending device otno-srggelno of an object of a research, ways of information transfer, the characteristic of a communication channel (radio, phone, hydroacoustic, optical communication lines etc.). The combination of the used communication lines in the different sequence is possible (on radio, phone, wires etc.). Systems for T. can be one - and multichannel for one inspected and multichannel for simultaneous control for several inspected.
During the use in T. a telephone communication channel the biosignal from inspected arrives on the amplifier of biopotentials, and then, by means of the special modulator, will be transformed in sound (frequency modulation). After establishment of communication with the reception center the reciever of phone is put down on the loudspeaker of the sending device and carry out broadcast of an ECG. The tube of phone during transfer is in the reception center on the microphone connected with the demodulator of the receiving device. From the demodulator the signal of an ECG is given on the ordinary electrocardiograph.
The method of a radio electrocardiography is based on transformation of electric signals of heart to radio waves and their transfer to ether. An object of a research is equipped with the radio transmitter working, as a rule, from the independent power supply. The perceiving device will transform radio signals in electric, registered by ordinary electrocardiographs in the form of an ECG (see. Elektrokardiografiya, electrocardiographs ). For reduction of the hindrances arising from biopotentials of skeletal muscles special systems of assignments, and also the electrodes meeting the special requirements (the minimum weight, convenience of fastening etc.) are used.
Method T. it is used as for operating control for an ECG in real time, and for its registration with the subsequent analysis. Example of use of T. for operating control behind a heart rhythm and the ECG form monitor systems with the central panel in chambers of intensive overseeing sick are (see. Monitor observation). These T are in real time estimated. during the studying of tolerance of patients to an exercise stress or in the course of operating control behind action of the heart at loadings at athletes, astronauts etc. Operational analysis of T. it is carried out by the operator (e.g., from the screen of an oscilloscope) or the COMPUTER. In the absence of need for the operational analysis of these T. it is made through a nek-swarm time after the research. Last option of use of T. it can be replaced with registration of an ECG by Holter's method (see Elektrokardiografiya).
Use of T. in a complex with data recording about other functions (the ABP, breath, etc.) the value of the obtained information considerably raises.
