SULFANYLUREA (synonym: sulfamochevina, N-Sulfanilcarbamidum) — n-Aminobenzolsulfanil-mochevina, 4-H 2 NC 6 H 4 SO 2 NHC(O)NH 2 ; treats streptocides, in a wedge, to practice as medicine apply monohydrate of sulfanylurea. S.'s monohydrate under the name «Urosulfanum» [Urosulfanum, a synonym: Euvernil, Sulfacarbamidum, Uramid (V), etc.] apply as medicine at cystitis, pyelites, tsistopiyelita, pyelonephritises and other infections of uric ways; S.'s monohydrate at pyelites and cystitis without disturbance of urination is especially effective.
Drug is appointed inside on 0,5 — 1 g of 3 — 5 times a day. An average dose for adult 3 g a day. Course of treatment from 6 to 12 — 14 days. The daily dose for children distributed on 4 — 5 receptions makes 1 — 2,5 g the Highest doses for adults inside: one-time — 2 g, daily — 7 g.
Form of release: powder and tablets on 0,5 g, storage in well corked container, the joint venture. B.
