ShULHOF Eden (Schulhof Odon, 1896 — 1978) — the Hungarian therapist, the balneologist.

(see). Since 1946 professor of rheumatology Budapest un-that. At the same time in-that was the research supervisor Na-uchno-is sledovatelsky

rheumatology and physical therapy.

E. Shulkhof is the author of considerable number of scientific works, among to-rykh the greatest «The rheumatology in the general practice», «The guide to physical therapy», «Medicinal waters of Hungary», «Resort of Heviz», etc. are renowned. The important place in its scientific practical activities was taken by questions of rehabilitation at rheumatic diseases, treatments of gout, features of a course of rheumatism at elderly people, diagnoses of a pseudorheumatism, medicinal and sanatorium therapy of diseases of joints, etc.

E. Shulkhof was the honorary member of a row Hungarian and foreign scientific medical about - century.

It is awarded by the gold medal «For Work» of the Hungarian People's Republic.
