SERZHANTELLYOZA (Sergantelloses) — group of the diseases which are characterized by an uncertain clinical picture, found in the form of sporadic cases and caused presumably by activators of the sort Sergentella (serzhantellama). It is allocated by E. Serzhan and Serzhan (E. Sergent), 1903, G. I. Perekropov (1925), O. Yirovetsel (1953), etc.

The development cycle of microorganisms is not studied; their pathogenicity for the person more than is doubtful. There are no infections given about a source, the mechanism of transfer of activators, treatment and prevention.

A number of scientists denies not only S.'s existence, but also serzhantell.
