SELIGMAN-KRAMER METHOD (M of Seligman, sovr. amer. biochemist; P. Kramer) — a colorimetric method of quantitative definition of activity of a lipase in blood serum; it is based on definition of intensity of the red coloring developing at interaction of a cleavage product of a 2-naftilmiristat a serumal lipase with au dianisidine — see.
