REOPULMONOGRAFIYA (Greek rheos current, flow + lat. pulmo easy for pulmonis + Greek grapho to write, represent; synonym reografiya of a lung) — the method of a research of pulmonary blood circulation and lung ventilation based on the principles of a reografiya and consisting in graphic registration of changes of resistance of tissues of lung to the alternating electric current passing through them in the conditions of the pulsing blood-groove and breath. The method is applied at patients with various bronchopulmonary pathology.

Reopulmonogramma (electroplethysmogram) represents a periodic curve, the form a cut in general depends on a functional and morphological condition of the explored site of easy (fig. 1). The size of electric resistance of the site of a lung at the time of measurement is defined by the volume ratios of blood, fabric and air having various specific conductivity.

Distinguish the next ways P.: zone R., including a reopulmonografiya of a pulmonary trunk, and regional R., essentially different from each other both by a technique of carrying out, and by results of a research.

At zone R. electrodes of a reograf impose on various departments of a thorax in a projection of large vessels or zones of a lung. During the imposing of electrodes of a reograf on a thorax over a pulmonary trunk measure the change of electric resistance of fabrics in its projection, in considerable Mero caused by the pulsing blood-groove in it that gives indirect - idea of a hemodynamics of a small circle of blood circulation and sokratitelny function of a myocardium. Fixing of changes of electric resistance of the right and left lung and various zones of a lung allows to judge ventilation and a blood-groove according to each lung separately or their sites. However it is necessary to consider that the indicators received by means of zone R. allow to judge only the total electroresilience of fabrics, through to-rye there passes electric current, and include resistance of skin, hypodermic cellulose etc. Localization of changes of blood circulation is defined at zone R. very much approximately.

The regional R.'s method of lungs (transtracheal endobronchial polysegmented elektroile-tizmografiya, regional elektropletizmografiya) offered by B. I. Mazhbich (1964, 1969) is carried out by means of the device — an electroplethysmograph (EPG — 2). Electric current from the device moves on the site of a lung through two electrodes located on the working end of the probe sensor entered through respiratory tracts before jamming in a small bronchial tube of the explored site of easy (fig. 2). Endobronchial introduction of the probe for registration of a regional reopulmonogramma is carried out during the bronkhologichesky procedures (a bronkhoskopiya, a bronchography, bronchial lavage) held both in the conditions of an anesthesia and artificial ventilation of the lungs and under a local anesthesia in respect of a complex bronkhologichesky and functional research. The obtained information has special value at surgical treatment of nonspecific diseases lungs (see). During operation regional R. can be carried out by means of the special device (probe sensor) for intraoperative diagnosis enclosed directly to the surface of a lung. The regional reopulmonogramma during operation can be removed from any site of a lung. It is registered when the presurgical research does not allow with an adequate accuracy to draw the conclusion about a condition of separate segments of a lung, boundary with struck. Use of intraoperative diagnosis in surgery of nonspecific diseases of lungs allows to change the estimated volume of a resection in some cases.
