RENTGENOFAZOKARDIOGRAFIYA

RENTGENOFAZOKARDIOGRAFIYA [rentgeno-(on a name B. X-ray) + Greek phasis emergence, period + cardiography; synonym fazorentgenokardiografiya] — a X-ray analysis of heart in a certain phase of a cardial cycle (a systole or a diastole). Rubles produce hl. obr. for definition of a tone and sokratitelny ability of a myocardium. The first attempts of synchronization of inclusion of a X-ray apparatus with a phase of a cardial cycle carried out Mac-Fedran in 1925 (F. M of McPhed-ran) and Vail (Page N. Weyl). The picture was made at rise in arterial pulse wave, to-ry was registered the pneumatic sensor. Modern R. is based on inclusion of a X-ray tube from an impulse of the electrocardiograph. The big contribution to R.'s development was made by V. S. Gurfinkel and A. N. Medelyanovsky.

it is normal of Rentgenofazokardiogramm (diplogramm). Two contours of heart are visible (are specified by shooters): the outside contour corresponds to borders of sgrdets in a diastole, internal — in a systole.

By means of R. it is possible to receive separate pictures of heart in a phase of a systole or a diastole (fazogramma) or a double picture (diplogramma) on one film in different phases of a cardial cycle. On a diplogramma two contours of heart and large vessels corresponding to phases of a systole and a diastole (fig.) are visible. The distance between these contours reflects reductions of heart.

The comparison of volume of heart in a systole and a diastole calculated on the pictures made in two projections allows to define a stroke output of heart.

The river is carried out by means of a fa-zorentgenokardiograf — the automatic device providing turning on of the X-ray diagnostic device (see. X-ray apparatus ) in a certain phase of a cardial cycle. As a control signal biocurrents of heart are used at the same time, to-rye are taken away from a body of the patient by means of the cardiographic electrodes imposed on wrists and the right leg (see. Elektrokardiografiya ). Electrodes are connected to the cardioamplifier. The received electric signal from an exit of the cardioamplifier is given on the filtering device, a cut allocates the tooth of R used further as an impulse for inclusion of a X-ray apparatus.

The automatic device allows to receive also the roentgenogram of heart at the time of an extrasystole.
