QUATERNARY AMMONIUM COMPOUNDS — organic derivatives of salts of ammonium, in to-rykh all hydrogen atoms are replaced by organic radicals.

In medicine (see) apply surface-active quaternary ammonium compounds to disinfection. In our country make katamin A B (alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride), degmin (alkilde-tsilkarboksimetilenammony chloride), cetylpyridinia chloride, it is scarlet - kamon DS-u (alkoksimetildietilme-tilammony methosulphate). Production of various compositions — Degmicidum (on the basis of a degmin) and a nirtana is arranged (on the basis of alkiltrimetilammoniya of chlorides).
