POZhARISKIY Iosif Fomich

In 1901 ended medical f-t Kharkiv un-that, worked in the same place at department patol, the anatomy headed by V. P. Krylov, then N. F. Melnikov - Razvedyonko-vy. Doctor of medicine (1904). Since 1910 the department chair patol, anatomy Warsaw un-that (since 1915 in Rostov-on-Don).

I. F. Pozharisky published St. 40 scientific works, including 3 monographs and the guide of «Fundamentals of pathological anatomy» in 3 volumes, the 1st and 2nd parts to-rogo were published three times (1914, 1918 and 1923). It dokt, the thesis «About a heteroplastic osteogenesis» was one of the first works in this area. He carried out experimental studying of regeneration of nerves and a role in this process of a schwannian cover (on model of section eye and peripheral nerves), relationship of processes of regeneration and a hypertrophy, etc. In the field of infectious pathology of its research concerned bubonic plague, a sapropyra, flu. One of the first (together with Sh. I. Krinits-nim) studied a patomorfologiya of defeats by asphyxiating gases (on materials of World War I). Created school of pathologists; Sh. I. Krinitsky, A. V. Parabuchev, O. S. Rezhabek were his pupils.
