POSTGASTROREZEKTSIONNY SYNDROME (Latin post after + grech, gaster a stomach + lat. resectio obrezyvaniye, srezyvaniye; syndrome; synonym: post-resection syndrome, agastrichesky syndrome) — the collective name of the disturbances developing in the remote period after a resection 2/3 — 3/4 stomachs or vagisections and antrectomies, such as dumping syndrome, hypoglycemic syndrome, syndrome of the bringing loop, etc. All of them are considered as an effect of operation in connection with new operating conditions of a stomach and intestines — see.
