Mechanism of action The item at vascular defeats of the atherosclerotic nature is caused by hl. obr. its antibradikininovy properties: The item prevents the changes of a vascular wall (wrinkling of endothelial cells, increase in interendothelial spaces, increase in permeability, etc.) caused by bradikinin and promoting development of atherosclerotic process, i.e. penetration into a vascular wall of lipids, proteins and enzymes, adjournment in it atheromatous substances, to fatty degeneration and formation of the centers of a necrosis.
