V. Kupriyanov to reveal patterns of distribution of receptor devices and to open new zones of their distribution in walls of vessels.

For the purpose of studying of ways of microcirculation by V. V. Kupriyanov the bezynjektsionny techniques of a research of a terminal vascular bed (impregnation of vessels caustic silver, luminescent microscopy) which gained distribution in practice morfol, laboratories of the USSR and abroad were developed. It investigated patterns of the organization of a microcirculator bed, are defined funkts, problems of each its link and their value in a hemodynamics; adaptive mechanisms of a microcirculator bed to the changing conditions of a blood-groove are studied and systematized; new classification of an arteriolovenu-lyarny anastomosis is offered; the provision on two ways of a blood-groove in a microcirculator bed — the main, or transcapillary, and additional, or yukstakapillyarny is formulated; the new link in a microcirculator bed — lymphatic post-capillaries is revealed; the principles of the doctrine about dososudisty and extravasated microcirculation are formulated. For the works on a research of microcirculation published in 1961 — 1975, V. V. Kupriyanov is conferred the State award USSR.
