KUDINOV Valentin Ivanovich (sort. in 1899) — the Soviet naval doctor, the lieutenant general of medical service, the member of the CPSU since 1939.

Scientific works of V. I. Kudinov are devoted to questions of the organization of medical support of the Navy, and in particular protivoepid, actions.

He took part in creation of the first Soviet naval medical educational institutions and in the organization of medical providing the Navy in days of the Great Patriotic War. Under its management the documents regulating organizational structure and activity of medical service Navy during the post-war period were developed.
