HOLEGRAFYYa of RADIO ISOTOP
NAYa (Greek chole bile + grapho to write, represent; synonym: a radiokho-legrafiya, a radionuclide holestsin-tigrafiya) — the radio isotope research of bilious ways based on fiziol. abilities of a liver to absorb from blood and to emit nek-ry hepatotropic radiofarma-tsevtichesky drugs with bile.
Several ways of a radio isotope research of bilious ways are developed (see. Bilious channels, a radio isotope research), the basic from to-rykh is the holestsin-tigrafiya. Holestsintigrafiya represents a dynamic research by means of the gamma camera (see. Radio isotope diagnostic units) of process of removal with bile of the hepatotropic radio-pharmaceutical drug including 99 t of the CU (see Radiofarmatsev-tichesky drugs). The method allows to estimate passability of bilious

channels and a biliodigestivny anastomosis to make approximate idea of situation, size and function of bilious channels and a gall bladder (fig. 1, 2), to find out passability of a vesical channel from patients with acute cholecystitis (see), to differentiate acute cholecystitis with acute pancreatitis (see), to establish the nature of jaundice (see).
The research is conducted on an empty stomach. The patient is stacked on a back and intravenously 4 — 5 mkyur (148 — 185 MBK) administer the radiofarmatsev-tichesky drug activity. Stsinti-grammy carry out in 5, 10, 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120 min. (if the image of a gall bladder does not appear, continue a research; in the absence of radiofarmatsevtiche-sky drug in intestines shooting is made in 24 hours). Sometimes it is difficult to distinguish the image of a gall bladder from the image of a duodenum, but usually the shadow of a bubble closely adjoins the image of a liver and unlike the image of a gut changes on the subsequent stsintig-ramma a little. To distinguish images of a gall bladder and to a dvenadtsatipa r with t of N about y guts use also slanting and side projections.
The image of a gall bladder at a stsintigrafiya appears between the 15th and 30th minute iss l edo-
vaniye. Normal time of excretion of radio pharmaceutical drug in a duodenum — the first 2 hours, slowed down — after the 2nd hour. For studying of motive function of a gall bladder the patient is given a cholagogue breakfast.
Complications at a research are not observed.
