HYOLLSTR Jón (Hellstrom John, sort. in 1890) — the Swedish surgeon and the urologist.

1958 professor of surgery medical f-that un-that in Stockholm and at the same time chief physician of surgical department of Carolinian hospital (since 1940).
Y.Khellstr — the author of the St. 150 scientific works devoted to hl. obr. to questions
of surgery of urinogenital bodies,
a staphylococcal infection of uric bodies, treatments of uric
infections with ulfanilamidny
drugs. He offered ways of a transurethral electro
resection of adenoma of a prostate, brought improvement in the equipment of a parathyroidectomy, developed questions of diagnosis, surgical treatment and the forecast of diseases of hemadens. It published works about communication of an urolithiasis with a hyper-pas as a ratireoidizm.
Y. Hellstr — the full and honorary member of many scientific medical about-in Sweden and other countries. Since 1955 the honorary member Vsesoyuznogo about-va surgeons of the USSR. Election as its president of the XI International congress of urologists (Stockholm, 1958) was recognition of scientific merits of I. Hell-strem.
