GRAMMATIKATI WAY (And N. Grammatikati, the domestic obstetrician-gynecologist, 1858 — 1917) — a method of treatment of uterine bleedings by systematic introduction to a cavity of the uterus by means of Brown's syringe of 1 — 2 ml of mix of spirit solution of iodine and alyumnolya or only 5% of spirit solution of iodine. The course of treatment consists of 20 — 40 introductions. It is offered in 1898 for treatment of various diseases of a uterus. It is applied extremely seldom and only in cases of dysfunctional uterine bleedings and the endometria recuring a polypose at women in a climacteric.
