Eisenmenger, is mute. doctor, 1864 — 1932; Eyzenmenger's synonym a syndrome) — the umbrella term applied to designation of heavy disturbance of blood circulation in a small circle at which sharp deficit of a blood-groove in system of a pulmonary artery and at the same time pulmonary hypertensia is observed; Eyzenmenger's complex can be primary, as a result of inborn defects in vessels of a small circle, and acquired, in combination with septal defects or nezarashche-niy an aortal channel. At development of high pulmonary hypertensia and formation of dumping of blood from right to left surgical correction becomes impossible.
