ERYTHREMIC MYELOSIS (erythromyelosis; Greek erythros red + myelos marrow + - osis; synonym: Dee Gul-elmo a disease, an erythroblastomatosis, erythroleukaemia, an erythroleukosis) — a form of an acute leukosis, in an early stage to-rogo in marrow erythroblasts and normoblasts, later, as a rule, myeloblasts prevail; is followed by the phenomena of normokhromny or hyperchromic anemia, often accruing leukopenia and thrombocytopenia — see Leukoses.
