ERIZIMYN (Erysiminum; cn. A) — cardiotonic means; cardiac glycoside from a grass of an erysimum sprawling (Erysimum diffusum Ehrh.).

Molecule E. consists of an aglikon of strophanthidin and sugar of digitoxose. On character pharmakol. actions it is close to strophanthin (see), but concedes to it by efficiency at treatment of heart failure.

It is excluded from the State register (the order of the Minister of Health of the USSR No. 14 of January 4, 1978).
