Before introduction solutions K. heat to body temperature. For 1 — 2 day prior to a research carry out a sensitivity test of an organism to iodine by intravenous administration of 2 ml of 35% of solution K. In case of signs of hypersensitivity to iodine (a skin itch, a small tortoiseshell, cold, hypostasis of a throat, etc.) use of drug is contraindicated.
